（中央社記者陳至中台北25日電）親民黨總統候選人宋楚瑜今天在電視政見發表會上，三度問民進黨候選人蔡英文，如果執政後，會不會又像之前民進黨執政一樣，用意識型態決定政策走向。

中央選舉委員會今天晚上舉辦總統候選人電視政見發表會，宋楚瑜第二輪發言時，強調自己參選，是因為「憂國（國民黨）憂民（民進黨）」。他提到，過去民進黨執政8年，國民黨也執政8年，但「兩個八，把你們期盼的台灣經濟，真是打到趴。」

宋楚瑜指出，2000年他參選總統時，提出檢討「戒急用忍」，因為看到大陸市場往上爬，台灣可以搶得先機，但民進黨執政後，還是執行「戒急用忍」，而沒有大膽西進，就是被意識型態綁住。

宋楚瑜說，2008年國民黨重新執政，也好不到哪去，到現在他今天發表會前經過高速公路林口交流道，還是塞車滿滿，路還是不通，這就是政府失能。

宋楚瑜認為國、民兩黨加起來掌握國會多數席次，該通過的法案卻協調不了，這是因為兩黨都以政黨利益為先，擱置人民想要通過的法案。

宋楚瑜發言，三度問及蔡英文陣營，執政後會不會又用意識型態掌握未來的方向。他並質疑蔡英文、朱立倫兩人是否有足夠經驗，處理兩岸、國安、中央地方政府，以及民間許許多多的問題。

「兩次選舉你們都打敗我，但你們不能勝任的結果，讓台灣往下滑」。宋楚瑜認為全面執政導致全面腐化，人民應該有第三種選擇。台灣的問題在領導，在於組織再造、在於政治重組，他承諾當選後會組織大聯合政府，建立跨黨派合作，避免「勝者全拿」。1041225
